How to overcome the fears

In real estate investing, probably the most prevalent fear is tenantphobia as pointed out by Russ Whitney. Tenantphobia is the fear of tenants, which is primarily the cause why most men and women fail in real estate investing. For most, purchasing a property means having tenants to occupy it soon. Tenants in which could give them loads of headaches and lot of hassle in that case.n the event you let this reasons hinder you then you could never be financially independent. Those are irrational reasons behind your fears.he very best way is to be prudent, anticipate it prior to it happens so when it does you are prepared. Take an example from Wal- Marts' Sam Walton. He didn't take personally any nuisance that came his way when he 1st opened his shop but instead took the necessary precautions to maintain those things from happening. He didn't hesitate to take a specific amount of funds to deal with some little things like shoplifting, broken windows or vandalism. After all, it's component of organization. He still makes lots of cash and that modest amount he spared for little misfortunes wouldn't make him bankrupt. A penny or two wouldn't make him poor
Once in a while, you might need to deal with annoying tenants but does need to not make you back off. Instead, keep learning how to deal with them
